How to generate simulation data using wire maps?

I tried to define a model that is comprised of conductivity and magnetic permeability. I can obtain the sigma_map and the mu_map according to this tutorial. But I don’t know how to define a simulation that contain the magnetic permeability. My codes are:

But I think my definition of simulation is wrong.
